Luka is owned
by MJ Kushwara of Connecticut.
We met MJ at
the 2004 ARC National
in Ohio where she was competing with her boy, Diego,
(V-Rated
Kriznik's Cisco Diego Von Pico CDX, HT, PT, ASCA CD, U-CD, TT, HIC,
TDI, CGC).
MJ then
returned home and promptly caught a flight out ot Washington to pick
up Luka.
She reports
that she was ready to catch another flight back to return him shortly thereafter!
He did finally
manage to win MJ over though.
Now, MJ and
Luka have big plans in several of the working venues.
Seems that Luka
is also turning out to be an aspiring show dog as well.

above were taken at the 2005 CRC Specialty, where Luka was voted
"The Yngo
son that most resembles Dad!"
In one regard,
he's a much better boy than his dad though...

Luka
recently started to learn a new game
and is loving it!
He is also
extremely well balanced...this photo of Luka and
his training
director's daughter was taken just minutes after the other two :-)
Luka is also
herding and he's doing fabulously well!
So far, he's
earned his AKC HT & PT titles as well as his ASCA STDs title!!
We'll give
Mommy Roca credit for passing along the herding instinct :-)

Luka also
finally settled in nicely with his "pack",
(pictured above
is Marcie, the Miniature Pincher, and Rizzo, the Italian Greyhound,
with Baby Luka and Deigo)
And I'm sure
that the other dogs have wondered more than once what they've done to
deserve him!
Diego wamed up
to the puppy quickly and they really love to play!
The other two
prefer Luka to be more quiet. Here they are teaching him about sunbathing.
And look how
great they all look together now!

And seeing
this, we wonder how Luka could be anything but a perfect angel...
Although we
can't help but wonder why all of MJ's pictures of Luka
are taken while
he's asleep. Maybe he just sleeps a lot hee hee.
After that
comment, we started getting photos of Luka awake...
I think that MJ
probably used the staple gun to attach him to the deck.
